Monthly vs Yearly Pricing

AI Bot Kit offers both monthly and yearly billing, so you can choose what suits your budget.

Monthly and yearly billing apply to the paid plans (Essential and Business). The Free Full Access plan is free with no billing cycle — if you need more credits there, you buy one-time top-ups instead. Enterprise pricing is agreed with our team.

Monthly Plans

  • Billed every month.
  • Good if you're just starting out or your needs may change.
  • No long-term commitment.

Prices:

  • Essential → $39/month
  • Business → $99/month

Yearly Plans

  • Billed once a year, at a lower price.
  • Best if you plan to use AI Bot Kit for the long term.

Prices:

  • Essential → $29/month (billed $348 yearly — you save $120 a year, or 25%)
  • Business → $79/month (billed $948 yearly — you save $240 a year, or 20%)

On yearly plans, your message credits still reset every billing month. You don't get a year's credits up front, and unused credits don't roll over.

Both monthly and yearly plans include the same features. The only difference is how often you pay and how much you save.

How to Choose Monthly or Yearly

If you're on Free Full Access:

  1. Go to Settings → Plans & Billing inside your dashboard.
  2. Under Choose your plan, use the Monthly / Yearly switch (Yearly shows "Save up to 25%").
  3. The prices on the cards update to match.
  4. Click Get Essential or Get Business, then pay on the secure Stripe Checkout page.

If you already pay for a plan:

  1. Go to Settings → Plans & Billing.
  2. On your plan's card, click Switch to yearly (or Switch to monthly).
  3. Stripe's billing page opens and shows you the exact amount and the date of the change before you confirm.
  4. Confirm the change.

Which One Should You Choose?

  • Choose Monthly if:
    • You want flexibility.
    • You're still testing your chatbot.
    • You're not sure which plan you need yet.
  • Choose Yearly if:
    • You know you'll use AI Bot Kit for most of the year.
    • You want the lower price (25% off Essential, 20% off Business).
    • Your chatbot is an important part of your business.
